Our package includes your room,
free parking at the hotel while you're away, and complimentary roundtrip
transfer service. The length of free parking and transfer hours vary
by hotel. Rates shown on our site are before tax and a nominal service
fee. |

Reservation requests may be entered either securely on-line or by phone during
our normal business hours. Requests for arrivals or parking within 72 hours should be made by phone. |

Reservation
requests submitted on-line Monday thru Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm, Eastern Time,
will receive a response via email within 24 hours. |

Reservation
requests submitted on-line Thursday after 4:00pm through Monday 9:00am, Eastern
Time, will
receive a response via email as soon as possible, but no later than Tuesday.

If time permits,
travel documents (consisting of our invoice, a hotel voucher to present upon
check-in and driving directions) will be mailed to you within 2 business days. If there is insufficient time to receive the hotel voucher by Standard U.S.
mail, arrangements are made for check in without them. |

Reservations are prepaid in full at time of confirmation and are
fully refundable if cancelled properly.
Once confirmed,
reservations may be cancelled up to 4:00pm date of arrival, or 4:00pm date of
parking, (whichever is first), for a full refund. Reservations for arrival or parking on the
same date the reservation is booked are non-refundable once the
reservation is confirmed. To report a cancellation for your
upcoming stay, please contact BuyReservations.com by telephone. If we are closed or not
available, you must cancel directly with the hotel and obtain a
cancellation number. In order for you to receive full reimbursement to
your credit card, the cancellation number provided by the hotel must be reported
to BuyReservations.com by telephone within 10 days after the arrival date. |
