Credit card information submitted to BuyReservations.com is to be used for the purpose of booking a “park, stay and fly” package. Notification on the status of your request will be sent via email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt. If you have not been contacted within 24 hours, please contact buyreservations.com. Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
The TOTAL PRICE of each package reserved is the sum of: the gross room rate, plus our supplier’s service fee and an additional amount for tax recovery charges. The tax recovery charge is assessed to recover the amount paid to the hotel in connection with your reservation for sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added and other similar taxes. The total amount per package will be charged in U.S. dollars. Hotel accommodations, once confirmed, are guaranteed for late arrival.
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) at the current exchange rate in effect at the time the card is charged. The card holder authorizes our supplier to charge their card for the total reservation price, which includes room rate, tax and service fee. This does not include any additional fees that may be charged by the card holder’s bank for foreign transactions.
Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility to the consumer to cancel with BuyReservations.com by telephone at (800)727-5359 no later than 4pm date of check in or 4pm date of parking (whichever is first) for a full refund. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued to clients parking prior to their stay unless the reservation has been cancelled by 4pm on the parking date submitted on the reservation request form.
In the event that BuyReservations.com is closed, please contact the hotel and cancel the reservation. You will need to obtain the cancellation number from the hotel and contact BuyReservations.com within 10 days of your stay.
Same day reservations (a same day reservations is when you need a reservation booked today for a stay tonight.)
Please call our office to make a same day reservation. Same day reservations will not be accepted on our website. Same day reservations cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.
No refund or adjustments can be made for services not used.
Cancellations via email will not be accepted. Please call our office to cancel your reservation.
Our program allows for the maximum amount of free parking quoted on our site for each hotel. Parking beyond the quoted time frame is not permitted unless an arrangement has been made between the client and the hotel directly. Additional parking fees are paid to the hotel directly by the client. Failure to comply may result in the towing of the vehicle. Arrangements made between the client and the hotel are not guaranteed in any way with BuyReservations.com.
The “park, stay and fly” package includes: a one night’s stay at an airport hotel, free parking for one vehicle and airport transfer service to and from the airport. The duration of free parking and airport transfer times vary by hotel. All rooms are “run of house”. Clients specific requests will be submitted but are not guaranteed.
BuyReservations.com has contracted with suppliers to provide the services above. We have taken reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made. We accept no liability for actions or omissions of these hotels over which we have no direct control. BuyReservations.com shall not be held liable for delays in transfer service or hotel departure.
In the unusual event that after confirming a reservation BuyReservations.com cannot supply a room at the hotel confirmed, we will attempt to offer comparable services. If the client finds the revised arrangements unacceptable, Buyreservations.com’s liability will be to promptly issue a refund of monies received.
NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY.

BuyReservations.com does not guarantee that the material on our site is error free and therefore assumes no liability for any issues that may arise due to the use of information found on our site. The use of this website and the material will be used at your own risk.
